How far along? 28 weeks
Total weight gain/measurements: 17 pounds.
Maternity clothes: I finally tried on the clothes an all of them are going back except one shirt. The clothes seemed very cheaply made and just not worth the money spent. Gotta love free returns!
Sleep: I have struggled to get comfortable this last week. I decided to re-try the pillow between the legs again and it seemed to help! I might have to invest in a body pillow at some point.
Best moment this week: This weeks best moment I would say is when I am playing the Nuryl music for the baby and he is just kicking away…I hope it is because he likes it!! I LOVE feeling him move, melts my heart!
Miss anything? Nope, nada!
Movement: Tons! ! I felt hiccups again! It is such a great feeling!! Can’t wait to meet him!
Food cravings: No real cravings, just trying to eat healthy.
Anything making you queasy or sick? Nope.
Gender: It’s a BOY!
Labor signs: None.
Symptoms: I don’t have much to complain about but recently things are just getting sore. I have decided that I am going to get a prenatal message and see if that helps. I also started wearing compression stockings which seemed to help my heel pain. I am wearing them more preventative then anything because I haven’t noticed any swelling in my feet or legs yet;)
Belly button in or out? In.
Wedding rings on or off? On.
Happy or moody most of the time: Happy, looking forward to seeing Rick this upcoming week! I sure miss him! I definitely have relied on him alot and now that he is gone it makes me appreciate everything that he does do for me!! Miss you Rick! ❤ ❤
Looking forward to: My doctor’s appointment next week Tuesday July 12th. I get to have my glucose levels tested by drinking this sugary drink! I hear it is not very good but I will have to drink it within 5 minutes an hour before my appointment.
Days to go: 84 days to go!
Baby development: Baby is the size of an eggplant. He weighs 2 1/4 pounds and measures 14.8 inches. He can blink his eyes, which now sport lashes. With his eyesight developing, he may be able to see the light that filters in through your womb. He is also developing billions of neurons in his brain and adding more body fat in preparation for life outside the womb.
